Erica Fontaine, born on July 22, 1998, in Virginia, is a American gymnast and Instagram star. She gained fame for her athletic prowess and for sharing fitness-related selfies on Instagram.
Before her rise to fame, she attended Gaithersburg High School in Maryland and trained at Hills Gymnastics. Despite an injury that forced her to sit out her freshman year at West Virginia University, she has qualified for the Junior Olympics multiple times. Her parents are Lauri and Donald Fontaine.
